A short version of how I got here, and how I think about the work.
I started coaching after 20+ years of leading people through hard decisions myself.
I'm a mechanical engineer by training, and I completed an MBA in 2011. For more than twenty years I've held senior management roles at different companies, and today I run the Hungarian factory of a German-owned company.
Along the way I've faced plenty of challenges, and the only way through any of them was to take a deep breath and step outside my comfort zone. That's what I invite my clients to do too. I know it isn't easy — a lot of people give up on their goals and dreams because the challenge in front of them feels too big. Wanting to put my experience to use for others is what led me here.
To do that at a professional level, I earned a corporate and leadership coach diploma from Corvinus University this year. I don't claim to have seen and experienced everything — but I believe I've seen enough to be useful to my clients.

We start by getting precise about what the dilemma actually is, then agree on what result would genuinely satisfy you. I mainly recommend meeting in person — it's simply more effective — though online sessions are also possible.
Best for: future leaders starting out, practicing leaders, and anyone approaching a milestone in their leadership career.
10-Session Coaching Package
The same individual coaching, booked as a package of 10 sessions — so we can work through one or more dilemmas over a longer stretch, without interruption.
Best for: those looking to commit to a longer process, not just a single session.
Mentoring
For a fixed monthly or annual fee, you get ongoing support: two 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions per month, direct email access with a 24-hour response time, and — whenever you need it — up to two 20-minute online check-ins per month.

2. What data is processed, and why
2.1 Contact form
When you fill in the form on the Contact page of the Website, the following data is processed: name, email address, company name (optional), and the content of your message. The purpose of processing is to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by submitting the form. The data is transmitted to info@attilakrasznai.com with the technical assistance of a third-party provider, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co).
2.2 Booking
When you book an introductory or coaching session through Calendly (calendly.com) on the Website, the data you provide on Calendly's platform (typically your name, email address, and any other details you provide) is processed by Calendly, Inc. as an independent data controller, under its own privacy policy. We also receive the details of the booked session in order to conduct it.
2.3 Retention period
The data described above is retained for the duration of our working relationship, and for a further one (1) year after it ends, after which it is deleted.
3. Third-party providers
The Website relies on the following third-party providers:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — to deliver messages submitted through the contact form.
- Calendly (calendly.com) — for booking sessions.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC) — to load the fonts used on the Website; this involves your browser's IP address being sent to Google's servers.
These providers may store and process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), typically in the United States, subject to their own privacy policies and the safeguards required by the GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses). We recommend reviewing each provider's own privacy policy as well.
4. Cookies and local storage
The Website does not use tracking or analytics cookies. Your language preference (Hungarian/English) is stored only on your own device, using a technical mechanism (localStorage) solely for this purpose; this data is never transmitted anywhere or used for any other purpose.
